No Refund & No Returns Policy
At Ummah Kingdom, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders once they have been placed and payment has been processed.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and details before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ummahkingdom.business@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will assess each case individually and work to find a fair resolution.
Change of Mind We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
