Where We Ship We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Please note we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times within Australia:
- Standard shipping: 3–10 business days
- Remote areas may take longer
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us at ummahkingdom.business@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
